User Agreement

1. Your Account & Eligibility

• You must be 13 years or older to use this service.
• Keep your login secure.
• One account per person.
• We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

2. What We Collect & How We Use It (Privacy)

For Registered Users:

• Username and securely hashed password for your account
• Artwork you submit to daily challenges

For Guest Users:

• Temporary session data only when you submit artwork (expires in 36 hours)
• Your submitted artwork linked to this temporary session

How We Use This:

• Display approved artwork in our public gallery
• Prevent duplicate daily submissions
• Keep you logged in and secure with cookies
• Allow guests to convert to accounts within 36 hours

Data Retention: All data permanently deleted August 31st, 2025.

3. Content Rules

All artwork must be original art, created by you, and appropriate for all ages. We review all submissions and can remove content that violates these guidelines.

What's Allowed:

• Original artwork you created.
• Any interpretation of daily prompts.
• All skill levels are welcome.

What's Not Allowed:

• Hate speech or discriminatory content.
• Sexual or graphic content.
• Violence or disturbing imagery.
• Copied artwork, including content that infringes on others' copyrights or intellectual property rights.
• Spam or advertising.

Reporting: Use the report button on gallery images or email support@doodlz.art if you see inappropriate content.

We can remove content or suspend accounts for guideline violations. Decisions are final.

4. Your Rights & Our Rights

Your Rights:

• You own your artwork.
• You can delete your account anytime.
• You can download your submitted art.
• By submitting art, you grant us permission to display it in the public gallery.

Our Rights:

• Remove content or accounts that violate rules.
• Use submitted artwork for marketing purposes, including posting on social media.
• Discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" with no guarantees. We are not liable for technical issues or lost art. Use doodlz.art at your own risk; this is a free experiment.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update this agreement occasionally. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of doodlz.art after changes means you accept the new terms.
